MEET THE FOUNDER
Jessica Smith is the executive leader and founder of E4S who oversees the strategic direction of the company. She has mentored and coached individuals from several occupations throughout her personal life and professional career.
Ms. Smith received several awards throughout her professional career for Excellent Leadership & Teamwork, as well as a Director’s Choice Award of Excellence. As a trusted change agent and consultant, she has provided business consulting services to small businesses; developed training programs to train federal and non-federal employees; resolved employee relations/labor relations issues during the administrative and negotiated grievance processes within the federal government; and provided EEO and workplace conflict training to employees. Ms. Smith has led multiple business process improvement initiatives that have included the development of performance-monitoring databases and other IT-related systems. She has participated as a senior advisor in the strategic planning process within federal and corporate environments.
Ms. Smith has more than fourteen years of experience serving as an expert advisor on operational strategy, business process improvement initiatives, organizational development, and financial management. She has more than fifteen years of expertise overseeing contracts, grants, and cooperative agreements in the federal government. Jessica is a Certified Workplace Mediator and Trainer in Workplace Conflict Resolution through Eckerd College, Mediation Training Institute. She is a Certified Conflict Dynamic Profile (CDP) and Everything DiSC Practitioner. In addition, Ms. Smith is a Certified EEO Investigator.
Jessica is a proud native of Atlanta, Georgia. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Georgia State University and a Master of Information Systems Management from Walden University. Ms. Smith enjoys helping people and organizations get to the next level.
