E4S Pro Training is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide an E-commerce platform to you. When you register for a training or course, we will collect and store necessary information to process your credits and certificates according to your designations that we have collected from you. We may maintain this information electronically up to three (3) years for record retention purposes within our encrypted training database.

We use your personal information for marketing and promotional purposes, such as to send marketing, advertising and promotional communications by email, text message or postal mail, and to show you online advertisements for products or services on the Services or other websites, including based on items you previously have purchased or added to your cart and other activity on the Services.

Relationship With Shopify
E4S Pro Training Online Store is hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve the Services for you. Information you submit to the Services will be transmitted to and shared with Shopify as well as third parties that may be located in countries other than where you reside, in order to provide and improve the Services for you. In addition, to help protect, grow, and improve our business, we use certain Shopify enhanced features that incorporate data and information obtained from your interactions with our Store, along with other merchants and with Shopify. To provide these enhanced features, Shopify may make use of personal information collected about your interactions with our store, along with other merchants, and with Shopify. In these circumstances, Shopify is responsible for the processing of your personal information, including for responding to your requests to exercise your rights over use of your personal information for these purposes. E4S encourages clients to provide feedback. In addition, we routinely request impact outcome reviews from our clients’ senior stakeholders to evaluate our performance in delivering desired results and to measure our success of sustaining our vision as a trusted change agent. The information shared with us are posted to our website in truth. When you provide an endorsement or testimony, you agree to allow E4S to publish the response on its website, in print publications, or other electronic, publicly shared sources. These responses are maintained by E4S indefinitely.

We may use hyperlinks on the E4S’ web site, which will redirect you to a social media network if you click on the respective link. When you click on a social plug-in, such as LinkedIn, or other social media platforms, that particular social network’s plugin will be activated, and your browser will directly connect to that provider’s servers. If you do not use these buttons, none of your data will be sent to the respective social network’s plugin provider. So, for example, when you click on the LinkedIn link on the web site, LinkedIn will receive your IP address, the browser version and screen resolution, and the operating system of the device you have used to access the web site. Adobe Connect, Microsoft Teams, & Zoom (Online Meeting and Conference Technologies)
E4S uses Adobe Connect, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom technologies for online meetings, virtual trainings, online conferences, etc. As such, all users of E4S’ services should review these Service Providers’ privacy policies and compliance statements. By joining Zoom and/or Microsoft Teams sessions with E4S or its affiliates, you agree not to hold E4S accountable for any information security or privacy breaches. Payments
We may provide paid products and/or offerings within the Service. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g., payment processors).
We will not store or collect your payment card details.
