Human Capital Management

Ensuring Employees thrive in the workplace

Organizational Culture is "the values and behaviors that contribute to the unique social and psychological environment of the organization. It is based on shared attitudes, beliefs, customs, and written and unwritten rules that have been developed over time and are considered valid" (Online Business Dictionary). Culture may become a problem if it prevents an organization from embracing change. E4S believes an effective and sustainable human capital management program supports a company’s vision for success when the organizational culture is healthy and allows all employees to thrive. E4S can help clients change or improve their human capital management program.

E4S uses the HEALTHY HEART ℠ strategy to provide effective human capital management consulting services. We help a company work in Harmony with its employees and business environment; Empower employees to embrace its culture; Adapt effectively and efficiently in a competitive market; achieve and maintain Resilience during unexpected challenges; and build and sustain Trust throughout its organization. E4S uses a project management approach to deliver HR consulting services in two key areas.

Corporate/Organizational University

A corporate university is an educational unit or department that is designed to cultivate individual and organizational learning, knowledge, skills, and abilities. This type of university helps the company to achieve its mission, as well as positions the company for continued growth and success. Corporate universities can be designed for any organization to help employees develop on-the-job skills; leadership core and functional competencies; company-specific proprietary knowledge; and certification. E4S helps clients to develop or improve an existing corporate university.
